Does anyone have a suggestion for a white wine combined with a starter comprised of pear, gorgonzola-?

marscapone, a salade of rocket with a honey-white wine vinaigrette infused with walnut aroma, walnuts, and Tahoon cress (nut flavor)? I was thinking something from the Alsace, but I'm not sure, need help! Thanks in advance!
