I applied for H4 visa 6 months back which was put under admin processing. Still havent got it issued?

There are a variety of things that could be holding you up. Since 221g administrative processing is used to cover all of them, there's no way for anyone here to know what exactly is holding up your particular application. There really isn't anything you can do but wait. If there was something you could do, they would have told you.
