Dog seized after 14 reported bites?

Like dog section regular said, if it was a pit there would probably be a lynch mob out for its blood. It was probably not predisposed to being a violent breed but we have no idea of the cirstances or the people involved. Cyclists were bitten so maybe it was a lab or something that liked a bit of a chase and it kept nipping people. In the UK it is Pomeranian that are top of the bite list and they are let away with it because they are small. People aren't as disciplined with small dogs and they get away with murder.
