Do you agree with arm chair officials?

I think it's ridiculous that some one can be watching golf on TV and notice that a player made some infraction of the rule, calls the network and has the player penalized 2 strokes! Golf is an honorable sport where, for the most part the player is there own official. You don't see officials stopping a football game because everyone is calling in saying "he was down on the 5 yard line" or "no! re-spot, he didn't have the 1st down!" I think the officiating should be left to the players and officials on site and that any inadvertent infringements of the rules that go un-penalized during the course of play shall be deemed rub of the green. I trust that all the pros on tv are not going to intentionally try to cheat and if a ruling is made, however wrong, stands. What do you think?
