Need ideas for roof tops 35 kennels for dog rescue?

I am part of a group of volunteers who are trying to help a dog rescue get roofs over 35 10x10 kennels at an outdoor dog rescue to protect them from a colorado winter. This is a wonderful rescue that is operated by one woman who is an absolute angel and has given dogs that would not have had a chance a home. They are all very happy and healthy thanks to this rescue. We need roof tops any ideas for materials how to attach to the metal kennels (typical 10 x kennels you see on-line). They are sturdy but free standing and lined up side by side in rows. HOw can we attach roof material and how can we get pitch for drainage. Please help!!
