Will Brian Kelly leave UC (Cincinnati Bearcats Big East) for U. Tennessee Volunteers (SEC)?

UT is a huge step up in recruiting from Cincy. Cincy may not always be the second best team in Ohio, some years they might be better than Ohio State, but they will never out recruit Ohio State. That's just life. In Tennessee, he can still poach Ohio talent, plus get players from the SE and even Texas. I am not sure about him going to UT, but he is definitely going to leave Cincy for a bigger job in the next couple years, maybe even ND.
