Just curious?

im ttc and am due my period in 4 days, what id like to know is when you get sorness ach ect does it have to be the whole as myne hurt just on the sides, has anybody eles had this and found out they was pregnant? when im due a period myne dont normall hurt atall, only when im ovulating and i know thats already happend, only other thing iv noticed is im haveing mild twinges/cramps for the last 4 days aswell, but apart from that no other symptoms
