I was wondering what kind of big lizard I should get:?

I was wondering if I should get an Argentine black and white Tegu, a Blackthroat Monitor, a Green Iguana, or a Water Monitor. Also how often do u have to feed each of them, and which one is the tamest , and which one is the easiest to care for. I do have experiences with reptiles so yeah...I can handle the big boys, but I am curious as to which one is the easiest to feed, cage, etc.
