I need help with my Airsoft Gun?

Ok i just bought an airsoft gun made by DPMS Panter Arms and SoftAir company. The airsoft gun is an electric ault AEG A-17 R.I.S. I have 6 mm airsoft BBs which are i think about .12 grams. Ok at first i put the BBs in the magazine compartment then i closed the top. After that i inserted it back into the magazine slot. I put in the electric battery (which has been charged for about 4 hours) in the proper slot. Hooked the two wires togeather with the plastic that came with it. And then i tried to shoot it and of course the saftey was off. I have been trying to adjust the Spin Up which i believe tunes the firing. The BBs are not comming out, what should i do? Please offer specific detail please. Thank you
