I have a '98 Sienna. When I go to change the channel on my stereo there is a popping noise in the speakers.?

Also, when listening the right front speaker cuts in and out. This system was installed by HH Gregg a few years ago. it is a JVC with factory speakers. Do I start with the wiring harness or the speaker?
