Gaining weight for face?

hi there, im severly underweight..about 6 and a half stones for a 5ft 5 dude....(about 42kg) ..and as a result my face is very very very skinny.and small..which looks my ears look big ....some people have told me that if i make my face less skinny and small and make it bigger, my ears will look less big...is this true? thank you in advance x
