Did anybody else NOT get there issue of Seventeen yet? Lauren Conrad's on the cover?

I didn't get it yet and I've been waiting for it for a while! I already got my Cosmogirl and it usually comes right after that and I know it's not expired because I haven't got any notices or bills or anything
